Is the consultation fee refundable?
Consultation fees marked with an asterisk — implant, Invisalign/clear aligner and facial rejuvenation — are redeemable against the cost of the related treatment if you go ahead.
Can I spread the cost of my treatment?
Yes. We offer zero and low-interest payment plans through Tabeo on treatments over £1,000, with transparent terms and a simple application. A minimum deposit may be required, and finance is subject to status.
Are X-rays included in the price?
X-rays are included in the adult Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and the Emergency Assessment. Some specialist treatments, such as surgical extractions, may need a separate full-mouth X-ray.
Why are some prices shown as a range or "from"?
Treatment needs vary from person to person, so some prices depend on the complexity of your case. After your consultation you’ll receive a written, personalised quote so there are no surprises.
How do I pay?
We do not offer credit directly, and we ask for balances to be settled in advance. For NHS Bands 2 and 3, full payment is required at the time of booking. Advance payment secures your appointment and transfers to a rescheduled one if you give at least 48 hours’ notice, but is non-refundable for missed appointments. See our practice policies.
