The practice is wheelchair friendly with step-free access.
Dental emergencies
If you have a dental emergency during opening hours, call us on 020 8821 2830. We reserve emergency slots for trauma, facial swelling and bleeding after treatment; appointments for other conditions depend on availability.
A private emergency assessment costs £54 and includes 2 small X-rays. If you have had a course of treatment in the past 2 months, you are entitled to NHS care.

Outside our working hours, please contact NHS 111. If you have facial swelling that is spreading, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or uncontrolled bleeding, treat it as a medical emergency and go to A&E or call 999.
Changing an appointment
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Short-notice cancellations usually can’t be filled, which means another patient misses out on care. See our practice policies for the full detail.
